MAOR advised a lifestyle and retail company on the development of a branded boutique hotel along a riverfront in Upstate New York.

Our role has included initial concepts, feasibility analysis, procuring and analyzing land acquisition and leasing opportunities, contracting with architects and environmental consultants, and negotiating potential development incentives with municipal agencies.
